We are thrilled to share that our End-of-Year 2024 campaign raised nearly $50,000 in November and December, surpassing our goal of $40,000! This success follows the momentum of our sold-out, record-breaking Soirée in October, which helped propel us to meet and exceed both campaign targets. Thanks to your support, we are positioned to continue creating a meaningful impact in our community.

In 2024, 423 individuals, event sponsors and local organizations supported our mission. Through fundraising campaigns, events, and personal contributions, $257,286 was raised to fund programs, client services, and essential operations. This figure is nearly double the amount raised in 2023!
Additionally, our Bag of Prevention program collected over 4,500 pounds of critical food and supplies, benefiting thousands of community individuals through our Gregory L. Manifold Food Pantry and Street Outreach program. Bags of Prevention are received through generous community donations, our Amazon wish lists, mail-in charitable programs, and local company donation drives.

Through our 343 Street Outreach, Education, and Testing programs, 5,351 individuals received essential resources and HIV/Hepatitis C testing. That’s nearly one program every day of the year—almost doubling last year’s total and reaching hundreds more individuals, thanks in part to the addition of two new team members.
95% of our nearly 400 clients living with HIV maintain an undetectable viral load, preventing progression to AIDS and transmission of HIV.
The national undetectable average is 65% (CDC).
The Gregory L. Manifold Food Pantry was accessed 2,565 times, requiring $40,000 and community donations to keep well-stocked. Many of our clients (75%) rely on our food pantry or receive vouchers for food, cleaning supplies, and personal hygiene items.
Supported by our case managers, almost all of our clients—95%—are now enrolled in health insurance, expanding their access to essential resources, medications, and medical care.
Our Hepatitis C coordinators have helped 1 in 2 clients (33 of 74) achieve a viral cure,and continue to support all clients on their path to lasting health, monitoring their progress and providing ongoing care.
Less than a third of individuals living with Hep C nationally are considered cured (CDC).
Our two-person PrEP Navigation team actively supports 213 clients enrolled in PrEP, a medication that prevents HIV, stopping new cases before they start.
We created and filled two NEW positions—a Bilingual Community Liaison and a Bilingual Non-Medical Case Manager. Now we have four fulltime bilingual team members to expand our reach and better serve our growing Spanish-speaking community.
Over $200,000 has been used to help clients with rent, utility bills, medical expenses, transportation costs, mental health counseling and interpretation services.

As we step into 2025, we’re already celebrating our success this year and are excited about what’s ahead.
A huge shout-out to our case managers for their tireless work during Open Enrollment 2025! Despite significant changes from health insurance providers, our team ensured that every client living with HIV remained covered, maintaining a 95% coverage rate. This achievement is no small feat—health insurance enrollment is ultimately the responsibility of each client, but with support from our case managers, they have access to the care they need.
We kicked off the year with a fully stocked pantry, ready to meet the nutritional needs of our clients. CANuary returned for the second consecutive year, collecting canned food (especially ready-to-eat and heat-and-eat meals) for our clients and street outreach individuals. This month-long campaign is just one of the many ways we’re ensuring our food resources remain robust. We aim to reach 5,000 pounds of food and goods through our Bag of Prevention program in 2025. These donations are critical to supporting clients in our PrEP Program, Hepatitis C Case Management, and Non-Medical Case Management, as well as high-risk individuals through Street Outreach.
Our ongoing partnership with Alliance Health Centers continues to grow, offering on-site primary care, family medicine, and mental health services, expanding healthcare access in our community. This partnership also coincided with the unveiling of a new mural and updated landscaping around our building, making our office and clinic even more welcoming for all who come through our doors.

Take the pledge, stop HIV stigma! This World AIDS Day, Positive Resource Connection is taking a stand to eliminate HIV stigma. Stigma and misinformation remain among the greatest barriers to ending the HIV epidemic. By working together, we can foster understanding, promote acceptance, and ultimately end new cases of HIV.
