The Fort Wayne – Allen County Department of Health satellite walk-in STI clinic is every Wednesday from 1-5pm* at 525 Oxford Street.

Our STI clinic tests only for:

Syphilis
Gonorrhea
Chlamydia
HIV
Hepatitis C
Pregnancy tests can be added for $1

No appointment is necessary! Check in at the front desk with a photo ID and $21 cash ($10 for students).

*The Wednesday clinic is sometimes changed or canceled, depending on holidays, inclement weather and other events. We recommend calling before you plan to arrive to be sure the clinic is open for testing.
