Positive Resource Connection is open Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. During that time, any member of the public can receive the following:

- free water-based personal lubricants (varieties of flavors)
- free condom cases (keeps condoms protected from heat/puncture)
- free pamphlets and other literature pertaining to basic HIV/STD facts, condom usage, risk reduction, domestic/sexual violence, HIV/STD testing, relationships, pregnancy, drugs/alcohol, and more
- free sterile works/cleaning kits
- free sterile pipe/straw covers

Confidential or anonymous STD testing is provided by the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health. Testing is provided at the locations and times below.

STD Outreach Clinic
The Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health STD Outreach Clinic is now open at 525 Oxford Street in Fort Wayne on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
This clinic is for express STD testing and treatment (no exams); it is a walk-in clinic only, which provides testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV and hepatitis C . We do offer pregnancy testing.
Cost is $10.00 for middle school/high school students and $21.00 for adults (cash only). (Pregnancy tests are $1.00) Must have a picture ID; students need a current year school ID. Testing is confidential and available to adolescents age 13 years & older, as well as adults.
