HIV Case Management
Non-Medical Case Management
Through our non-medical case management department, Positive Resource Connection serves over 400 persons living with HIV/AIDS each year. This group includes a diverse range of people: adults and children, men and women, people without homes, all sexual orientations and gender identities, all racial and ethnic backgrounds, and all stages of the disease, from asymptomatic to hospitalized.
Our three primary goals:
-
1. Increase the quality and length of life for people living with HIV.
-
2. Reduce the transmission of HIV to others.
-
3. Empower people living with HIV to remain self-sufficient.
